Black Earth Facilities
Nestled in a hidden valley in unglaciated western Dane County, the Black Earth Campus features  challenging topography, mature woods, and rocky outcroppings, in addition to two educational facilities.

Directions to Black Earth Campus from Madison:  Follow Hwy14 West to Black Earth.  Turn left on 78/Cty F (also called Mills St.), follow for 1/2 mile through town.  Turn right on F/KP (also called Madison St.).  Travel one mile on KP/F, then turn left on Cty F and follow to Sutcliffe Rd (2nd road on your right).  Turn right onto Sutcliffe Rd and follow for approximately 1 mile.  Address of ALNC West is 10648 Sutcliffe Rd. 
 

The Alexander Studio is the ideal space for a quick orientation to the site, educational programs, meetings and workshops. The building features instructional and meeting spaces, cathedral ceilings, circular performance platform, and outdoor deck.

 
The Lodge is a three-story log cabin with a wrap around porch, meeting space and sleeping quarters. Featuring a two-story stone fireplace and rustic furnishings, it is the ideal spot for educational programs, meetings, and retreats.
